Artistic approach
“Arseno combines the language of gesture and textures to “sculpt” his artwork on the canvas. Arseno’s painting with its generous strokes that creates forms and textures combined with his rich palette composed of bold colors, defines a landscape in a radiant manner. The clarity of Arseno’s expression coupled with his just gesture rich in differences, transforms nature in a fascinating spectacle.” Robert Bernier editor and publisher of the “Parcours” magazine, spring 2003, vol.9, no.1, p.39, p.40 and p.41
